I opened this laptop to do data recovery, and found a swollen battery. It’s a fire hazard.

I taught computer networks and computer repair, including the CompTIA A+ course, at colleges for 17 years. My main source of income is project-based work for large companies, and I’m only busy with those projects for a few weeks every year. That leaves LOTS of time for something I enjoy very much – providing Help Desk services to residential customers and small businesses. I enjoy working with seniors, and I’m a senior myself.

I’m a sole proprietor. You’ll be working directly with me.
